The locally owned restaurant group is in need of a seasoned line cook for our fine dining concept. Please carefully read the following qualifications for this position:
Culinary degree and at least 2 years current fine dining experience or 5+ years current fine dining experience.
Ability to work saute, broiler and garde manager.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to keep pace in a high volume setting with precise plating and solid technique required under extreme pressure.
Be receptive to learning about new products and techniques.
Ability to work clean, follow direction and stay organized.
