Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of two young, up and coming local businesses. The administrative assistant is responsible for assisting leadership staff with all aspects related to performing daily tasks. You will be communicating with team members and other parties to make sure deadlines are met, and our processes run at a high level. The administrative assistant will be performing tasks such as video and photo editing, billing clients for work rendered, filing documents, online database management, among other tasks assigned by leadership staff. Initially, this position will be part-time with potential to develop into full-time in the future.

Location: Avon Lake

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. [Other duties may be assigned]

  • Photo and Video editing

  • Billing Clients

  • Updating calendars

  • Organize client files in online database and file folders

  • Assist marketing team with digital content creation

  • Manage office supplies

Qualification Standards/Required Knowledge: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills and abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Great telephone etiquette

  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks at a time

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Publisher

  • Must be knowledgeable in video and photo editing

  • Great reading comprehension skills

  • Proficiency with personal computers

  • Comfortable with cloud storage such as OneDrive or Google Drive

  • Great organization skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with graphic designed is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 /hour
