On-Going 2019:

Change the future of a refugee student– Volunteers are needed at a west side agency to assist a resettled refugee youth through a Home Mentoring Program.  You will provide academic and acculturation support for a child ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Two hours after school per week with a 12- month commitment.  All volunteers receive training with on-going mentoring activity resources provided by the agency.    


Food Pantry Assistant-Volunteer at a Slavic Village Food Pantry. Help with unpacking, sorting, shelving and distributing food items to area residents. Hours are flexible Monday through Friday.   


Computer Lab- Help at a men’s shelter in their computer lab for residents seeking housing and employment. Weekday afternoons.


Preserve heirloom plants- Assist as a seed organizer for a Cleveland nonprofit in Ohio City. Flexible schedule.

Happy Hour Volunteer – A senior living and day center is seeking volunteers to assist the participants in weekday activities; singing, dancing, playing games…Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m.
