It all started with a simple gift from one of their kids: A SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria Yeast). This was the vital ingredient needed for the tea to ferment to make kombucha.
Dave (the owner of Snowmon’s) passion for making Kombucha grew when he realized the health benefits, and he enjoyed making his own version of this flavored, fizzy and funky drink.
“What started as a hobby turned into a desire to share kombucha’s healing properties with our COMMUNITY.” – Dave and Sue Snow
Their business thrives on these very values: Health, Passion and Community.
Snowmon’s Kombucha is family-owned and started by Dave and Sue Snow. They make all of their kombucha locally at their shop in Fairview Park, OH in small, handcrafted batches using only glass vessels, never plastic. They use reverse osmosis filtered water, so that it’s the freshest, cleanest water possible. Snowmon’s keeps their recipes simple. Water, tea, SCOBY, sugar, fruit and sometimes spices are the only ingredients in our kombucha.
“We can taste the difference and we think you will also.” Snowmon’s
History of Kombucha
