Spotlight: 107.3 The WAVE
We had a chance to catch up with our friends over at 107.3 The WAVE and we love what they have to say about supporting local businesses.
How would you explain your business in just a couple sentences?
107.3 The WAVE offers a fresh, new mix of music that sounds better than ever. We’re sophisticated and classy, lively, distinctive, and most of all, smooth. The WAVE is the destination on your radio for adults who want to relax and feel good. Blending familiar pop and R&B vocals with your favorite smooth jazz artists, The WAVE provides the perfect listening mix of classic and modern.
What is the most distinguishing aspect of your business?
1073.3 The WAVE is the only locally owned radio station in Cleveland. We also cater to a diverse audience. THIS is our hometown. If companies are trying to reach the Northeast Ohio communities, we can help bring their message home to hundreds of thousands of potential customers.
What does the phrase "Keep It Local" mean to you?
It means keeping dollars in our community and doing good for our neighbors. At the WAVE, we also collaborate with local non-profits and help raise funds when needed.
Any exciting events or changes coming up?
We have a ton of events! From Senior Lunches to Jazzfests at Debonne Vineyards to endless concerts in Northeast Ohio…we are everywhere. The best way to keep up to date is to sign up for our Smooth Circle at www.1073thewave.net
What are some good ways for Clevelanders to support your business?
Because we are locally owned, all advertising dollars stay within our community. We would love to sit down with your business to come up with a customized plan to bring more Northeast Ohio patrons through your doors.
